A company is looking for a RN II / High Risk Maternity & NICU Case Manager. Key Responsibilities : Assess patient's clinical needs and ensure appropriate level of care Coordinate and assist in the implementation of care plans for members Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of medical services and outcomes Required Qualifications, Training, and Education : High School Diploma / GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience required Minimum of two (2) years' experience with healthcare payer experience required Active Unrestricted NJ RN License or active Compact License required CCM certification preferred for Clinical Advocate roles
