A company is looking for a Member Relationship Consultant for a full-time remote position in Alaska, Washington, or Wyoming. Key Responsibilities : Generate business through inbound / outbound calls to achieve sales goals Educate members on product offerings and provide appropriate financial solutions Maintain accurate records of member interactions and follow up on requests Required Qualifications : Minimum 3 years of related experience or prior loan experience with a proven sales track record Proven ability to generate business through outbound calling Solid knowledge of deposit, loan, and ancillary products / services High school education and NMLS registration Successful completion of all compliance-related coursework
