How You Will Make an Impact: As an RN at Elim Wellspring, you will play a crucial role in delivering essential medical care and monitoring residents' health to ensure their well-being. Collaborate closely with residents, their families, and healthcare teams to manage care plans, administer medications, and assist with daily health needs. Your compassion and expertise will enhance the quality of life for our residents, creating a safe and nurturing atmosphere. Schedule Details: • Full-time position. • NOC Shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • Weekend rotation required. • Block scheduling format. Position Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years old. • Current RN licensure in the state of Minnesota is required. • Current CPR certification. • Willingness to work every other weekend and some holidays. • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, short-stay rehab unit.
