Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide exceptional care to assigned residents, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation of treatments, and quality assurance activities. This critical role involves supervising a talented team while establishing meaningful relationships with residents, families, and health care team members. Please note that this position is for the NOC SHIFT (11pm - 7:30am). Qualifications: • Graduates from an accredited school of nursing are required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. • Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where practicing is required. • A working knowledge of long-term care is essential. • Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required. • First Aid certification is required or candidates must be willing to obtain it. • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred. • Experience or continuing education in elderly care is preferred. • All applicants must uphold professionalism in all interactions. • Utilize a resident and customer-focused approach to problem-solving and goal-setting. • Basic computer skills are necessary, along with a willingness to learn.
