This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and supporting caregivers as they begin their roles. Key Responsibilities Conduct orientation and skills training for new Home Health Aides Serve as a mentor and resource during the orientation process Qualifications • Active Florida RN license • Current CPR certification • Eligible Level 2 background screening • Strong leadership, communication, and teaching skills • Passion for supporting seniors and empowering caregivers Background Screening: This position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
