Idaho Benefits - FULL TIME EMPLOYEES are eligible for: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Health savings account • Vision insurance Weekly schedules available: • 3 x 12 hr shifts • 4 x 10 hr shifts • 5 x 8 hr shifts Choose your own hours: • Monday to Friday • Rotating weekends • Weekends PRN License/Certification: • Utah RN or LPN license (Required) • Valid Driver's License • Reliable Transportation Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care by performing assessments, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs. • Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient tracking. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans. • Assist with catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding as needed. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. • Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
