We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to be a Team Lead to join our Pediatric CVICU Team at Riley Children's Health ! Position Details: • Full-Time, Days, Rotating Shifts • 3x12 hour shifts per week • Rotating days, nights, and every 4th weekend and some holiday commitments (Mostly day shifts approximately 5-night shifts per month) • No Call • Inpatient: 100% Patient Population: • Pediatric patients with congenital heart disease, including some adult patients with the same. Procedures Performed: • Chest and mediastinal tube removal, pacing wire removals, drain and line removals Key Responsibilities: • TEAM LEAD position supporting APP development, orientation, and scheduling Qualifications: • Master's Degree required • FNP, PNP, or PA certification required • Seeking an experienced APP with pediatric critical care experience required • Ideal provider would have pediatric CVICU experience and be a team player with a passion for pediatric congenital heart disease patients and their families. • Must be a team player, a motivational learner, and be dedicated to pediatric patients See how you can thrive, right here at Indiana University Health ???
