The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care. Responsibilities • Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents in accordance with established policies and procedures • Assess resident conditions and monitor changes in health status • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed • Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and standards of care • Support resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska • Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility experience required • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team • Compliance validation required
