Nurse Care Manager in Gilbert, AZ
Job Description
Looking for a Registered Nurse for a Care Manager position. Will have own case load of recurring clients. Job duties include medication management, accompanying clients to appointments and unannounced wellness visits. The role is predominantly in the field with 90% travel to clients who are mainly in East Valley and Scottsdale. Mileage is reimbursed and drive time is billable.
We are a paperless office, must be computer proficient.
Eventual Care Management certification will be required.
Automobile with air conditioning required.
