What nurses love about Sibley: • Excellent Benefits Package: Sibley Memorial Hospital Benefits • Free Onsite parking • NEW employee 24/7 gym • Employee vegetable garden • Supportive Nurse Leadership Minimum Education & Experience Required: • Licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in the District of Columbia. • Master’s degree in nursing or related discipline preferred or must be matriculated into a master’s program within nine months of employment. • Certification as a CCRN preferred or obtained within 9 months of hire. • At least three to five years of recent RN PACU nursing experience required. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a R.N. in unit specialty. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate a caring demeanor toward others. • Demonstrated ability to work professionally and collaboratively with others. • Proficient computer skills related to traditional business management functions including Microsoft Office Programs. • Active CPR required • Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching experienced/inexperience or nursing staff and nursing students.
