Lead Cosmetic Injector – Registered Nurse - Nurse Practitioner Cedar Grove Aesthetics | Smyrna Tennessee Part-Time About Cedar Grove Aesthetics Cedar Grove Aesthetics is a physician-led medical aesthetics practice focused on delivering exceptional, natural results through evidence-based, non-surgical aesthetic treatments. We are seeking an experienced Lead Cosmetic Injector – Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse to join our growing practice and provide clinical leadership while delivering outstanding aesthetic care. This role is ideal for an injector who is confident clinically, values quality over volume, and is ready to take on a leadership position within a collaborative, high-standard medspa. Key Responsibilities Clinical & Aesthetic Services • Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers • Conduct good-faith medical exams and create individualized treatment plans • Deliver safe, compliant, and results-driven aesthetic treatments • Perform or support advanced non-surgical procedures (microneedling, energy-based treatments, etc.) Patient Care & Safety • Provide an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, detail-oriented care • Educate patients before and after treatment and address questions or concerns • Maintain accurate EMR documentation • Assess medical eligibility and readiness for aesthetic procedures • Uphold infection control and clinic safety standards Clinical Leadership • Promote a culture of professionalism, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement • Stay current on industry trends, products, and best practices Operations & Growth Support • Support daily clinical operations and workflow efficiency • Collaborate with leadership on service development and patient care standards • Participate in select marketing, educational, or community events Qualifications • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license Or Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee (or eligible to transfer) • 3–5+ years of experience in medical aesthetics with strong injectable expertise • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical judgment skills • EMR proficiency and strong documentation habits • Passion for aesthetics, patient care, and professional growth What We Offer • Competitive compensation with performance incentives • Supportive, physician-led clinical environment • Advanced aesthetic technology • Ongoing education and professional development • Leadership opportunity within a growing, respected practice • Positive, team-oriented workplace culture Next Steps If you're ready to elevate your aesthetic career and join a Medical Director owned practice focused on excellence and growth, we’d love to meet you.
