Nurse, LPN or RN in Winooski, VT

Brief Job Description: Utilizing the State of VT DAIL Resident Care Home, Level 3 Regulations, OLP facility policy, and guidance of the OLP Director of Nursing Services (DNS), the LPN or RN nurse will be responsible for residents care management, the collaboration and supervision of care team, communicating with physicians and families, and documenting in Point Click Care. The LPN or RN nurse will oversee the shift, census averaging 42 residents and 6-7 staff. Shift Schedule: Day shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm Evening shift, 3:00pm - 11:30pm Overnight Shift, 11:00pm-07:30am Committed hours: Part-time:16-24 hours per week Full-time: 32-40 hours per week Per Diem: Pick up 2-3 shifts per month after training schedule. Holidays & Weekends shared equitably: Every other weekend requirement, Saturday & Sunday, with option to split weekend schedule alternatively with a teammate. Pay: $35-$42 per hour based on experience and committed hours, including shift differentials as applicable. Incentive Bonuses available when eligibility requirements met. Shift differentials: As applicable: evening: $1.50/hr, night: $2.00/hr, weekend: $0.50/hr. Benefits: We carry BCBS of VT health insurance, Delta NE dental insurance, paid time off.
