Nurse Manager – ICU Trauma Neuro Location: Kissimmee, FL Schedule: Full-Time | Days Compensation: $90,000 – $115,000 annually (based on experience) Employment Type: Permanent What’s Offered • Comprehensive benefits package • 401(k) with employer match • Tuition assistance • Supportive leadership structure • Collaborative team-oriented culture Position Overview A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – Neuro Trauma ICU to oversee a 12-bed Neuro Trauma ICU and Central Telemetry Unit within a high-volume Level II Trauma Center. This role provides leadership to approximately 55 FTEs in a 400+ bed tertiary care facility known for its strong multidisciplinary culture and collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven acute care leader looking to make a significant impact in trauma and neuro critical care services. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations of the Neuro Trauma ICU and Central Telemetry Unit • Ensure safe staffing, quality patient-centered care, and regulatory compliance • Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and reduce clinical variation • Manage admissions, discharges, and interdisciplinary care coordination • Drive patient satisfaction through feedback analysis and service recovery initiatives • Lead staff development, coaching, performance management, and scheduling • Monitor departmental budget, productivity, and cost-control initiatives • Maintain equipment standards and ensure accreditation readiness Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of recent acute care leadership experience (ICU, MICU, SICU, or CVICU) within the past year • High census trauma and/or neuro ICU experience required • Active Florida RN license (or compact eligibility) • RN diploma or degree required • AHA BLS (within 30 days of hire) • ACLS and TNCC (within 6 months of hire) For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
