Position Summary Reporting directly to the inpatient ACNO, the Nurse Manager provides clinical and operational leadership across assigned units, ensuring excellence in patient outcomes, staff engagement, and efficient use of resources. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who inspires colleagues, builds strong interdisciplinary partnerships, and fosters a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and support nursing teams across two units Promote a culture of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care Engage, mentor, and develop nursing staff to achieve professional growth and retention Drive change initiatives that improve workflows, efficiency, and clinical outcomes Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to meet organizational goals Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and best practices Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics effectively Qualifications Active RN license (BSN required; MSN preferred) Certification preferred or obtained within 2 years of hire Demonstrated experience as a Nurse Manager with proven leadership skills Strong background in Medical/Surgical nursing. Pay Range: $145,000.00 USD - $205,000.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
