A hospital located near Creston, Iowa is seeking a full-time, permanent Nurse Manager to join their growing Med/Surg team! The Nurse Manager Job Opportunity: • Full-time, direct-hire position • Mon-Fri, day shift • There is on-call, holidays, and weekends – all are as needed • Great nursing leadership and administration team! • Competitive salary based on experience • Med Surg unit • The Nursing Services Manager plans, organizes, coordinates and directs inpatient nursing services and assigned service areas to achieve ongoing unit, goals and objectives. This position maintains accountability and responsibility for compliance to all internal and external policies and procedures. This position also assists with the preparation and compliance to the annual operating budget.
