Nurse Manager – Full Time / Exempt $7,500 SIGN-ON BONUS Falcons Landing, a premier Life Plan Retirement Community in Loudoun County, VA, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager to lead our Johnson Center Nursing team. What You Bring: • Active RN license in Virginia • Proven Long Term Care experience in CCRC, Assisted Living, Memory Support, Skilled Nursing/Rehab, or Nursing Home settings • Strong supervisory and clinical leadership experience • Knowledge of Virginia Nursing and Assisted Living regulations • Proficiency with MDS, care planning, PCC, EMR, and MS Office • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Passion for mentoring and developing staff to their full potential • Dedication to compassionate, integrity-driven resident care Salary: $90,000 – $95,000 Join Falcons Landing and take the next step in your leadership journey—where your expertise drives impact, your team thrives, and your career grows.
