Reporting to a Director of Perioperative Services and partnering with surgical service line leaders, the Nurse Manager Surgical Services will be supported by clinical educators, charge RNs, scheduling and sterile processing partners, and a collaborative, friendly team of diverse nurses, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and allied professionals while overseeing operations, staffing, fiscal stewardship, quality improvement, regulatory readiness, and patient experience across the operating room and perioperative continuum.
