About the Opportunity: • Provide dedicated care at WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital, focusing exclusively on labor and delivery as a Laborist Midwife. • Enjoy a full-time schedule of seven 24-hour in-house shifts per month, with a guaranteed day off after each shift to support work-life balance. • Serve as first call for obstetric and gynecologic patients during your 24-hour shift, ensuring comprehensive, patient-centered care. • Collaborate in a supportive, physician-led team that includes physicians, advanced practice providers, and fellow nurse-midwives-where midwives play an essential role in care delivery. • Be part of a dynamic environment at Chambersburg Hospital, averaging 60 deliveries per month and offering a rewarding, fast-paced experience. • Competitive base salary plus a $15,000 annual stipend for providing Midwifery services in Franklin County.
