Qualifications • Current and unrestricted license in Arizona as a Nurse Practitioner • DEA registration or eligibility to obtain in Arizona • Clean professional background (no disciplinary actions or malpractice claims) • Credentialing eligibility with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers • Experience in outpatient primary care or family medicine preferred Key Responsibilities • Perform wellness exams, physicals, and preventive screenings • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions • Create and manage personalized care plans • Order, interpret, and follow up on labs and imaging • Educate patients on lifestyle changes and disease prevention • Collaborate with a medical scribe for accurate clinical documentation • Coordinate referrals and manage care transitions • Uphold clinical quality standards and best practices Who We’re Looking For You’re a patient-focused, adaptable clinician who thrives in a collaborative care model.
