Aspen Medical is offering an exciting opportunity for talented Nurse Practitioners to deliver high-quality medical care to patients both within the United States and internationally. This role allows you to collaborate with dedicated team members in providing compassionate, competent care to a diverse patient population.
Citizenship:
• All Aspen Medical staff must be US citizens or Green Card holders. Sponsorship will not be available.
Requirements:
• Education:
• Master's degree in nursing
• Graduation from an accredited program in the nursing specialty field recognized by the ACEN or CCNE
• License:
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Wyoming
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Certification as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor (Mental Health First Aid America certification or equivalent)
• Occupational Health qualification or significant experience (certifications may be obtained and sponsored by Aspen Medical)
• Experience in emergency medicine, triage, and treatment
• Experience:
• 3+ years of clinic management experience in remote locations
• Strong background in emergency medicine, triage, and treatment with proven skills in occupational health
• Post Graduate Occupational Health qualification or significant experience
• Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)
• Certification:
• Certification from ANCC or AANP as a Nurse Practitioner in a relevant specialty
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage site-specific Operating Procedures and Policies, medical plans, protocols, and quality assurance initiatives
• Conduct regular medical audits as required
• Oversee daily clinic operations
• Assist with occupational rehabilitation and return-to-work programs
• Prescribe medications in compliance with statutory and regulatory standards
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records to maintain accurate medical documentation
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients as required at a Clinical Nurse Team Leader/NP level
• Monitor hospitalized project personnel in regional facilities
• Ensure proper management and security of the clinic dispensary
• Support health education, well-being, and mental health initiatives
