We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team at IU Health Jay Family Practice!

Details
• Full-time, Day Shift
• Flexible Schedule
• Offering 5-8hr days or 4-10hr days
• No weekends, no call
• 100% Outpatient
• Patient Population: All ages. Rural Community. Both acute and chronic conditions
• Expected patient volume in office: 50-60/wk
• Join a team of 1 Physician, 4 APPs and 8 Support Staff
• Procedures include simple/small office procedures including but not limited to lacerations, I&D, wart and lesion removal, and wedge resections.

Qualifications
• Master's degree required
• FNP or PA certification required
• Open to new graduates
• Experience in either primary care, acute care, or emergency medicine preferred
• Ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills and is a team player be a team player
