<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide <strong>high-quality, patient-centered care</strong> to residents in skilled nursing facilities</li>
<li>Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications/treatment plans, and address acute/emergent issues</li>
<li>Maintain <strong>timely and accurate documentation</strong> in ChartEasy™</li>
<li>Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging as needed</li>
<li>Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements</li>
