Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in Guilford, CT

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to fill an opening Guilford, Connecticut. Daily Responsibilities For Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions • Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including ICD 10 conditions • Monday to Friday 8-5pm Required Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant: • Active and unrestricted license in Connecticut as an NP or PA • NP: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program • NP/ PA Board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center • Current, active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority Preferred Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant: • 1+ year of clinical experience in practice (long-term care setting preferred) • Experience in meeting the medical needs of patients with complex behavioral, social and/or functional needs • Understanding of Geriatrics and Chronic Illness Benefits for Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant: • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Life Insurance • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Access to Investment Accounts • Career and educational tools within our Ingenovis ACT (advocacy) Program Pay Details: $80- $85/ Hour Interested in Being Considered?
