Open Positions • Registered Nurses (Geriatric) • Licensed Practical Nurses Why Work With Us? • Serve our nation’s veterans in a respected federal healthcare environment • Modern facilities and full clinical support • Flexible shift options (day, evening, night) • Competitive compensation and benefits • Ongoing professional development and mandatory VA training included • Supportive, team-oriented atmosphere Key Responsibilities • Deliver hands-on nursing care in a long-term/rehabilitation community setting • Support residents’ medical, physical, and emotional needs • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and VA standards • Participate in continuous quality improvement and training • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Qualifications Registered Nurses (Geriatric): • Unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state or territory), with no disciplinary actions • Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, Diploma) • Minimum of 2 years’ recent RN experience • Demonstrated geriatric, long-term care, or skilled nursing experience REQUIRED • Current BLS certification • Compliance with VA immunization, TB, and federal background check requirements • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Licensed Practical Nurses: • Unrestricted LPN/LVN license, with no disciplinary actions • Graduate of accredited LPN program • Minimum of 2 years’ recent LPN experience • Long-term, rehabilitation, or geriatric care preferred but not strictly required • Current BLS certification • Compliance with VA immunization, TB, and federal background check requirements • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Additional Information • Schedule is based on 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, 7 days/week, with assignments provided in advance • No scheduled overtime or holiday premiums • All equipment and supplies provided by VA • Must successfully pass VA onboarding, compliance, and credentialing • Must complete annual VA-required online training Compensation Registered Nurse: $66–$73/hr + $5.55/hr (H&W) Licensed Practical Nurse: $36–$43/hr + $5.55/hr (H&W) Ready to Make an Impact?
