Position Summary: The role of the Nurse, RN is to promote and foster health, assess dysfunction, aid patient’s recovery, improve or learn coping skills and abilities, maximize strengths, and prevent further disability. Focus is on assessment and monitoring of safety, self-care activities, and psychobiological courses of therapy. Our ideal candidate for our Nurse, RN position will have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado. They will have three years nursing experience, preferably in a psychiatric/mental health setting, knowledge of psychiatric medication and managed care experience. They will also have experience working with a multi-disciplinary team and working with mental health conditions.
