Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full-Time | 8 or 12 Hour Shifts. Full-time nurses receive health insurance as low as $1 per month! Every 4th weekend! Shift Options: 1:00PM-1:00AM (12-hour) Every 4th weekend + every other holiday required 1:00PM-9:00PM (8 hour) Every 4th weekend + every other holiday required RN start wage: $34.60/hour + Differentials (see below) Weekend (Sat/Sun): + $3.00/hour Evenings (2PM-10PM): + $2.00/hour LPN start wage: $28.08/hour + Differentials (see below) Weekend (Sat/Sun): + $3.00/hour Evenings (2PM-10PM): + $2.00/hour Why You'll Love Working With Us: Supportive nursing & leadership team Strong work-life balance with consistent scheduling Opportunities to grow in your nursing career Meaningful relationships with residents & families A workplace that values your experience and dedication What You'll Do: Deliver preventive, restorative, and emergency nursing care Monitor health changes & update care plans Administer medications and treatments accurately Document nursing care per policy Educate and support direct care staff Respond to health concerns and emergencies Communicate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams Coordinate labs, pharmacy needs, and appointments Supervise Certified Medication Aides Assist with resident care and staff health monitoring What We're Looking For: Licensed RN or LPN (Iowa) Current CPR certification Ability to lift 35 lbs independently Valid driver's license & ability to qualify as an approved driver Compensation:Pay is based on experience, education, and previous loyalty to Hills & Dales.
