Nurse Supervisor – Mental Health & Substance Use in Four Square Mile, CO

In the role of Nurse Supervisor, you will supervise nursing and medical staff, assist in clinical operations, and ensure top-quality care for all patients.
• Enjoy 4 shifts of 10 hours each during the overnight hours (6:30 PM-7:00 AM).
• Flexibility is required for coverage on any day of the week.

What You'll Be Doing
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing and medical staff in delivering outstanding care.
• Assist in communicating and upholding performance standards, patient experience objectives, and access-to-care goals.
• Oversee and participate in clinical nursing duties, including assessments, medication administration, and coordinating care with other providers.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, external organizations, and providers to ensure seamless care continuity.
• Provide calm and effective clinical support during crisis situations.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
• Support credentialing, compliance, and training needs.
