Your Role as a Nurse Supervisor: • Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. • Act as a key liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. • Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services provided during your assigned shifts. • Monitor and manage nursing staff, providing feedback, conducting annual evaluations, and administering performance counseling. • Engage in patient care as needed, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. • Celebrate patient victories on their journey to recovery. Qualifications: • Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. • BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting. • CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting eligibility requirements. • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred. • At least two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years). • Experience in a leadership role, such as charge nurse or similar, with accountability for patient and staff results.
