Job Summary Position: Registered Nurse (IV Therapy, Wellness & Client Engagement) Location: Prime IV Health & Wellness Spa Prime IV Health & Wellness Spa is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our wellness-focused team. The ideal candidate combines strong clinical expertise with a passion for client education, relationship-building, and wellness-based sales in a modern spa environment. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional IV therapy services while supporting client retention, membership growth, and overall satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive client assessments prior to IV therapy and wellness treatments • Safely administer IV infusions, injections, and related wellness services according to protocols • Monitor clients during treatments and respond promptly to any adverse reactions • Educate clients on IV therapy options, benefits, and personalized wellness plans • Confidently recommend appropriate add-ons, packages, and memberships based on client needs • Support sales initiatives by converting consultations into services and memberships • Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and long-term wellness engagement • Accurately document assessments, treatments, and outcomes using EMR/EHR systems • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and safety standards • Collaborate with providers and spa staff to ensure a seamless client experience Qualifications: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing • Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills • Clinical experience in outpatient care, emergency medicine, infusion therapy, or similar settings preferred • Experience using EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or comparable platforms) • Strong communication skills with comfort in client-facing sales and education • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented wellness environment Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
