Role Description This is an exciting full-time hybrid Nurse role, based in Pineville, NC, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. As a Nurse with Senior Helpers, you will provide exceptional care to seniors, including conducting health assessments, managing care plans, and working closely with caregivers and families to ensure optimal health outcomes. You will also play a key role in overseeing the adherence to health and safety standards, monitoring patient progress, and providing training and support to team members on specialized care topics. Qualifications • Strong clinical skills in patient care, health assessments, and care planning • Experience in educating, training, and supporting caregivers in specialized care, such as Alzheimer's and Dementia, or Parkinson's care • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to coordinate care effectively with families and caregivers • Knowledge of senior care best practices and regulatory requirements • Current and valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of North Carolina • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient and family care • Previous experience in home care, geriatrics, or related fields is a plus
