Working Hours: 72.00 hours bi-weekly
Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Department Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our nursing staff. This role is crucial for ensuring effective patient care delivery, team collaboration, and administrative support during off-hours and overnight shifts, particularly in emergency or critical situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee nursing operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage nursing teams during critical situations to maintain patient safety and care standards.
• Act as a liaison between nursing staff and hospital administration.
• Support team communication and problem-solving efforts.
Qualifications:
• Current RN license in the State of Arkansas.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Experience in Critical Care and/or Emergency Department preferred.
• Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Must have a BSN or commit to completing one within 2 years, enrolling within 60 days of accepting the position and providing quarterly updates including transcripts.
