Fellows will gain hands-on clinical experience, classroom learning, and professional development— all while exploring the role of a Registered Nurse at Hartford HealthCare. Who can apply? Nursing students in a 2-year, 4-year, or accelerated program graduating in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027. Specialty Areas At Hartford HealthCare we provide an immersive, unique learning environment for our Nursing Fellows, offering an opportunity for highly specialized training.
