Job Description
Enjoy a rewarding career leading Med Surg, OB and the Emergency Department nursing teams as the Nurse Manager of the Sauk Centre Hospital! The Nurse Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership to the nursing and nursing support staff of the hospital. Responsibilities include ensuring patient expectations are exceeded, overseeing and integrating the care delivery system along with merging the art and science of nursing to address patient care needs.
• Schedule
• Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
• Primarily Monday – Friday, daytime hours
• Occasional need to fill in for shifts outside typical daytime schedule including possible weekend shifts when needed by the department
• Pay and Benefits
• Starting pay begins at $96,678.40 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
• Salary range: $96,678.40 - $145,059.20 per year
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

• Qualifications
• Graduate from a nursing program
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing preferred
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS)
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a critical access hospital
• Prior leadership experience preferred
Sauk Centre Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital and a level IV trauma center, located together with a family medicine clinic. The primary service area is comprised of six communities in rural west central Minnesota, totaling nearly 17,000 residents.
