Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nursing position located in Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, administering treatments, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Nurses at IU Health are also expected to maintain accurate documentation, educate patients and families, and adhere to established safety and care standards. Qualifications • Clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities. • Knowledge of healthcare protocols, safety standards, and documentation best practices. • Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana. • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) considered. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (or equivalent). • Prior clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly valued. • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
