Job Description
Join our compassionate team at Douglas Manor, a premier 90-bed skilled nursing facility specializing in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are currently seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to enhance our residents' lives.
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00 (Full-Time) | $2,500.00 (Part-Time)

Responsibilities:
• Document nursing notes accurately reflecting care given and residents’ responses.
• Complete and file required recordkeeping forms upon residents’ admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Prepare and administer medications as directed by physicians.
Requirements:
• Valid CT LPN or RN License
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• CPR, ACLS, or BLS Certification
The primary objective of your role will be to deliver exceptional daily nursing care and services aligned with each resident's assessment and care plan. You will have the necessary authority, responsibility, and accountability to fulfill your assigned duties effectively.
