A company is looking for a Supervisor, Medical Review Audit - Clinical (SNF). Key Responsibilities Manage a remote team of nurses and audit staff, ensuring operational results and adherence to medical review guidelines Conduct clinical audits and quality assurance reviews, while identifying opportunities for cost savings and improved outcomes Provide leadership, support training activities, and monitor team performance through regular feedback and performance reviews Required Qualifications Current active unrestricted Nursing license in good standing 3+ years of diverse nursing experience in inpatient or outpatient settings 2+ years of experience performing medical record audits in a provider or payer setting 5+ years of experience in health care claims, including expertise in ICD-9 / ICD-10 coding and medical billing 3+ years of relevant supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a similar business environment
