Job Summary As a Nursing Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations for nursing staff and activities in a structured care setting, adhering to Sanford's policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include: • Supervising the provision of care to clinic patients of all ages, utilizing established standards and practices. • Improving clinical patient care processes for enhanced patient outcomes. • Building effective relationships with patients, medical staff, and clinical support teams. • Monitoring supply inventory and addressing any concerns as they arise. • Reacting calmly and effectively in emergency situations while maintaining confidentiality. • Utilizing and ensuring adherence to the nursing process for individualized patient care. • Collaborating with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. • Participating in staff training and orientation, implementing established performance improvement policies. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in nursing required. • Preferred: Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program. • Minimum three years of clinical RN experience preferred. • Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
