Full-Time RN Supervisor for the 11pm-7am Shift Sign-On Bonus: $3000 What You'll Do: In your role as a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your duties will encompass oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to nursing policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure exemplary care delivery. • Manage daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation. • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans. • Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards. • Provide training and ongoing support to nursing staff. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols. What You'll Bring: Qualifications: • Valid state nursing license. • Preferred: Advanced degree or certification. • Relevant supervisory experience in Long-Term Care is preferred. • Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care. • Interest in the nursing needs of elderly and chronically ill patients. • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
