Position: RN Supervisor Per Diem Your Role: As a Nursing Supervisor, you will oversee a dedicated interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to guarantee high-quality care delivery. • Managing daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation. • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement tailored care plans. • Conducting regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards. • Providing training and support to nursing staff to foster professional growth. • Ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols. What You Need to Bring: Qualifications: • A valid state nursing license. • An advanced degree or relevant certification is preferred. • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care settings is preferred. • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. • An interest in the nursing needs of aged and chronically ill patients. • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
