We are currently seeking an RN Supervisor for Day Shift - Monday through Friday.
Your Role:
As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic, interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing outstanding care, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing facility operations and ensuring compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide nursing staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Manage daily operations, including staff assignments and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards.
• Provide mentorship, training, and support for nursing staff.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols.

Your Qualifications:

• Valid state nursing license.
• Preferred advanced degree or certification.
• Experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a Long-Term Care setting.
