Position: Nursing Unit Manager Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) Location: Birch Healthcare Center, Rochester, NH Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring the highest standards of care. • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of nursing staff. • Coordinate patient care plans and ensure proper implementation. • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes. • Manage unit resources and maintain a safe, efficient work environment. • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and policies. • Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for both staff and patients. Qualifications: • Valid New Hampshire RN license. • Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting. • Strong clinical and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
