Check out the details below: Title: Occupational Health / Employee Health Nurse Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire Setting: Hospital - Employee Health / Workers Compensation / Occupational Health Location: Lawrence KS Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm Occupational Health / Employee Health Nurse – Key Responsibilities • Manage employee injury and illness follow-up, including workers’ compensation reporting, return-to-work coordination, and accommodations • Serve as a clinical resource for associates on communicable diseases, infection control, and employee health concerns • Develop and advise on employee health policies, best practices, immunizations, and PPE programs • Track, trend, and report employee health, injury, and infection prevention data to support safety initiatives • Collaborate closely with HR, leadership, and clinical teams to promote a healthy, safe workforce Requirements: • Must be a Compact or Kansas state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) • At least 1 year of recent and related experience: Workers compensation, Employee health, workers compensation, or urgent care required • BSN is preferred but not required APPLY TODAY with an updated resume to be considered!
