Position Overview:
Pivot Onsite Innovations is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our on-site healthcare clinic serving employees at a client's plant in Methuen, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee health, wellness, and safety—moving away from traditional nursing roles!

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) will coordinate healthcare services for employees in the clinic, managing workplace injuries and ensuring adherence to medical surveillance protocols. The RN will also communicate essential information related to workplace safety and injury prevention and ensure all health-related OSHA regulations are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide treatment for acute occupational injuries.
• Administer drug tests, hearing tests, pulmonary function tests, and fit tests.
• Respond to medical emergencies and conduct ongoing health and wellness screenings.
• Manage workman's compensation claims alongside employer representatives and insurance carriers.
• Coordinate return-to-work and light-duty assignments for injured employees.
• Maintain comprehensive logs for workplace injuries detailing treatment plans for weekly reviews.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT programs, including hearing conservation and random drug screenings.
• Oversee the clinic’s inventory of medications and supplies.
• Assist in the management of the Non-Occupational Disability Program.
• Demonstrate a positive and proactive outlook in managing clinic functions and patient flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Maintain detailed charts and employee records.
• Prepare and supervise the interaction between the clinic and the Overseeing Physician as necessary.
• Assure compliance with OSHA and DOT programs.
Required Education, Skills, and Abilities:
• Valid state nursing license.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience.
• At least 2 years of occupational health experience.
• Preferred on-site occupational health experience.
• Certifications for DOT urine drug and alcohol screens (preferred).
• Occupational Hearing Conservationist certification (preferred).
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels.
• Strong administrative and management capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• High levels of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
• Experience designing health and wellness programs and conducting ergonomic assessments.
• In-depth knowledge of workers' compensation case management and associated regulations.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA regulations.
• Understanding of manufacturing and production facility operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to create reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and training materials.
• This position may require proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

Minimum Salary/Wage: USD $95,000.00/Yr. Maximum Salary/Wage: USD $100,000.00/Yr.
