Our on-site services include health screenings, vaccination clinics, nurse health coaching, health surveillance programs, and workers' compensation case management, customized to meet the specific needs of each organization. We offer consulting services such as ergonomic evaluations, post-offer physical assessments, guidance on the Second Injury Fund (NH only), health and wellness webinars, and AHA Heartsaver® CPR/AED and First Aid training. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN) role based in Brattleboro, VT. The RN will provide occupational health services including health screenings, employee wellness assessments, vaccination administration, and nurse health coaching. The role includes developing and implementing health surveillance programs, workers' compensation case management, and delivering workplace-related training such as CPR/AED and First Aid. The Occupational Health RN will collaborate with employees and employers, fostering a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment. • Strong interst in health and wellness • Experience in employee health preferred but will train the right applicant • critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and employers • Current and valid RN license in Vermont (or ability to obtain licensure) • Certifications in occupational health nursing or related fields (COHN, COHN-S) preferred • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Experience with health surveillance and injury case management is advantageous
