The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system. Enterprise Pool 1: • Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials • 1 facility - preferred location/closest to home • At least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type/specialty area • 12 months of experience in unit type/specialty area Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone.
