The Nurse, Registered Senior position is responsible for completing in home assessments with participants with a focus on remaining in their home environment. This position ensures quality management standards are completed. Additional responsibilities include working closely with health care providers, consultation, and liaison with the community. This position is Monday through Friday and does not require work on weekends, holiday’s, or on-call shifts.
