Delegate nursing visits accordingly. • Collect information on physical, psychological, social, and spiritual factors affecting patients and their families, facilitating interventions from the interdisciplinary team when needed. • Coordinate with attending physicians and other staff members to ensure seamless and optimal patient care. • Perform clinical pronouncement of death and provide comforting support to the family. • Maintain accurate clinical records through timely care plans and progress notes.
