On-Call RN in Hayden, ID

Our hospice team is looking for an On-Call RN/LPN to support patients Sunday-Tuesday nights. Daily Rate and Hourly for any in-person visits. Auburn Crest Hospice is looking for a Weekday On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Team. Duties include telephone triage for calls coming in from 5:00 pm to 8:30 am; Visits to patients homes, as needed; Charting and Communicating all call notes to case managers; Ability to work independently, but also as part of our interdisciplinary team. RN RESPONSIBILITIES: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, according to our physicians orders, meeting the Hospice standards established by Medicare, within the scope of licensure requirements and following established standards and practices. Primary duties will include patient visits during weekday evening/night time hours, as needed, as well as possible admissions. RN REQUIREMENTS: • Current RN license to practice in the state of Idaho. • Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience.
