Oncology Nurse Navigator in Worcester, MA

A company is looking for a Complex Oncology Nurse Navigator. Key Responsibilities Conduct clinical assessments and monitor changes in health for members diagnosed with cancer Coordinate care transitions and educate members and caregivers about their diagnosis and treatment Assist with administrative projects and communicate feedback to clinical leadership to improve service offerings Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a compact unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license At least 5 years of nursing experience, with 3 years in high-acuity adult oncology Certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse (AOCN), or similar Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure while maintaining organization Willingness to learn and use new technologies, including electronic health records and video conferencing tools
