
Oncology Nurse Navigator (RN) in Portland, ME
Job Description
A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide triage, support, and education to members throughout their cancer journey
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and facilitate care coordination
Engage with members to address clinical issues and manage escalations effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a compact unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license
At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing
Oncology-related certifications such as OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM required or to be obtained within 2 years of hire
Compact and single-state licensure in New York and / or Illinois is preferred
